Sec 1.1. Words inside mouse-over-texts written in all caps are words with DictionaryO Entries which DictionaryO value provided in their respective DipositaryO pages and are purposively formatted to indicate that they are not alone part of the text but they are in effect a call-out terminology.
Sec 1.2. Word or term indicator appearing as the first word in every mouse-over-text written in all caps indicate that the value provided by the contained text an official DictionaryO value.
Sec 1.3. Word or term indicator appearing as the first word in every mouse-over-text written in lower case indicate that the value provided by the contained text a contextual value usually relatively exclusive, but not necessarily, to the current entry.
SEC 2. CALL-OUT CHARACTER[]
Sec 2.1. Mouse-over-texts which call-out any word within any of the paragraphs of an article which any of the letters or characters of such selected word having a different color than the usual text of the paragraphs are classified as those comments and messages of any of the members of the Inner Circle mostly of "Ben's."
Sec 2.2. Mouse-over-texts which call-out placed at the end of the word of phrase in any of the paragraphs within the article and are usually an asterisk character are classified as annotation texts by an editor or of The Author's.
