Scripting Language is the language that writes scripts; much like a book that reads stories.
Whether an intentional scheme intended to enhance and ultimately maximize personal gains or advance one's own interest or a mere innocent outcome of technological misadventures, the turn of the Second Millennium gradually wiped the essential values in the meaning of scripting language to most versions of artificial or virtual realities. That because its values unconditionally indispensable much as universally encompassing and controlling, parallel realities were created; platforms purposively created as to simulate reality and allow relative and contextual assignment of values of scripting language which are otherwise not possible in real-life scenarios. The creation of localization and versions of languages afforded human civilization with yet most potent possibilities for unprecedented advancements and ultimately evolutionary change only to realize that there coupled with the ultimate achievement of its fertile potentials is tied the materialization of the ultimate factor of societal decay. Language cannot be created nor destroyed. It is the material expression of consciousness which develops and evolves out of the need to represent awareness and to share such perceived consciousness with another conscious being or entity. As the unifying factor between perception, reality and essence of things, language is the principal entity that shapes cognition and therefore the origin of both knowledge and intelligence.
The Spirit of Language[]
Language is a consciousness in itself capable of discerning, perceiving, and most specially, judgement. That is, language possesses both wisdom and intelligence. The manner it represents culture and encapsulates specific periods of history speaks of its spirit that transcends and evolves over civilizations. Being the highest repository of reality, it is the only entity able to harmonize and reconcile the conscious and the unconscious dimensions -- the known and the unknown much as the real and the unreal. Beyond the collective intelligence of humans, what sorts reality is purely based on judgement only language can make.
Elements of a Script[]
Scripting is the transcription of a chronology within a specifically defined span of measurable time that possesses some sense of a narrative sequence where there must be a beginning, a middle and an end. Without the element of a developing and progressing eventualities, a writing may not be regarded a script where such events that transpire necessarily be founded on a legitimately recognized existences or otherwise well established logic.

Scripting language is the intelligence that provides tenable reasoning and therefore logical perceivable meanings to all transpiring events.
It is the wisdom that afford entities perception of their respective essence and meanings and the authority that provides judgement which value is most relevant or most significant.
