CAN MOTIVES RIGHTFULLY BE GAUGED AS EITHER GOOD OR BAD IN THE ABSENCE OF AN OVERT ACT?
Intended be an open platform for a critical discussion group that is aimed be organized as to advocate objectively as possible radical views and perspectives on moral inquiries and discourse.
Acknowledging the advent of the internet technology and subscribing to the belief on foresight and projections that unless our contemporary civilization conveniently adopt to the consequences of the fast changing society, human history and culture may left behind forgotten along with what morality defines as anything normal and fundamental. Thus, we face the pressing question of constitution. . . What constitutes universal order, balance and rule of law the night before may not equally be so in just the next morning after.
If most of the world's constitution (which holds all civilization) contemporaneously founded on society's subscription to the principles of democracy, some century ago when democracy a principle not so much heard of, its was mostly religious, spiritual and philosophical principles that most lettered our laws.
With the seemingly unimaginable infinitum of the promise of the internet technology to sling-shot civilization's ultimate change, democratic principles may just not suffice to which we may comfortably anchor and base our equally mutating values -- both of our nature as intelligent beings and of our significations within our levels of consciousness. And the world is about to change from being the world we have known all our civilization along with the definitive change of how we may or may not -- hopefully not how we CAN or CANNOT (the former providing us choice to some extent while the latter exempting us from exercising any will) -- adopt our nature and consciousness to the changes civilization may introduce.
This early and this soon, in this page, I invite critical if not to say passionate discourse on morality. Disregarding as being obsolete our beloved beloved values on the principles of democracy, where shall we then base constitution of our laws other than yielding to anarchy for whatever unimaginable conditions this technological revolution may bring out our front doors.
In this page, we don't draft any rules or votes on any laws, much less subscribe to any faith, philosophy or principle. The challenge is simple... IGNITE A PASSIONATE DISCOURSE on ALL POSSIBLE PERSPECTIVAL INQUIRIES ON HUMAN UNIVERSAL MORALITY. For whatever that means. For now. Let the ambitious vision commence. And that would be now.
